Here’s how the typical
Casino Nights event unfolds:

As the guests arrive, your company spokesperson greets them at the door & hands each of them a “Chip Exchange Card”.

When the casino opens, guests may redeem their Chip Exchange cards at the tables.

The dealers dole out pre-determined amounts of chips (funny money, of course). Guests move from table to table and mingle as they test “Lady Luck”.

When “Last Hand” is called and completed, players exchange their “winnings” for raffle tickets, which we provide. The exchange rate is usually 1 ticket per $100.00 in chip value, but can be easily adjusted.

The raffle tickets are two-part. One part is placed in the raffle drum, which we also provide. The holder retains the other part. Guests who choose not to play the games may cash their Chip Exchange cards in for 3 raffle tickets, ensuring their chances to win prizes as well.

Guests must be present at the time of the raffle drawing in order to win prizes, creating incentive to stay. Your company provides the prizes.

Each person may only win one prize no matter how many raffle tickets are exchanged at the tables. Having more than one raffle ticket in the drum merely entitles a person to upgrade his/her prize if another ticket is drawn. This is the incentive to “play smart” at the tables.
